Sound Bath, Bubbles & Blooms

Start your holiday weekend with intention by attending a soothing sound bath.

As featured in a recent issue of Gulfshore Life Healthy Life, Align with Kelsey will lead the class in a meditative experience where you “bathe in waves of sound and vibrations.” The experience begins with each person lying down in a comfortable position. Different instruments and sounds are then introduced in succession with the goal of deep rest and relaxation, shifting emotions and harmonizing the body.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or other padding to be comfortable laying on the ground

• Pillow, light blanket, and eye cover if needed for comfort

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing (ie. yoga clothes, workout clothes)

Finish off the class with a mimosa or latte while exploring our curated retail offerings in our Flower Shop and Champagne Room.
